FUSED GLASS DAY CLASS COURSE FOR BEGINNERS AND IMPROVERS 1 FEB

1st February 2018

£200
  • « FUSED GLASS DAY CLASS COURSE FOR BEGINNERS AND IMPROVERS 24 JAN
  • Working with Enamels and Powders 3rd Feb »

Introducing a new day class to replace our popular evening classes, these classes are designed for people who are completely new to kiln formed glass, as well as those with some experience. Each class you will add to your knowledge and skills set, so this class is completely flexible, allowing you to make individual pieces each week, or if work on one bigger project (for example a panel for a door or splashback for your kitchen) over a period of weeks.

Because of this flexibility, materials are not included in the cost of the course, and are charged at the time of use. However if you are on a budget, don’t worry, many of our students have made wonderful pieces with recycled glass (so FREE!) or smaller items costing only a few £’s a week.

The course is comprised of 3 days per half term, normally fortnightly, however some flexibility is required to fit around other Masterclasses held in the workshop, so please check the dates before booking. If you are unable to attend all classes, there is also the option of paying just for the classes you can attend, however if you can commit to a full term, the price is much cheaper.

The classes are held in our workshop at Rose Mills Industrial Estate, which is also home to F.east, the award wining vegetarian restaurant, so not only can you enjoy a day making beautiful glass, you can also enjoy a tasty meal (or even cake!) at lunch time too.
